Council Creek South P.O.A. Park Rules
- Park property, boat ramp and park fixtures are private property under the control of the CCSPOA and are for use of Council Creek South property owners and their guests ONLY.
- Vehicles on park property must display the CCSPOA issued permit. ALL OTHERS WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNER’S EXPENSE.
- No firearms are permitted on CCSPOA property.
- All animals must be kept on a leash at a ll times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animal.
- Boat trailers may NOT be left on park pr operty, unless attached to the tow vehicle displaying CCSPOA permit. Unattended boat tr ailers will be towed at owner’s expense.
- Guests of property owners using park MUST be accompanied by property owners at all times.
- CCSPOA is NOT responsible for accidents, thef t or damage to personal property while using park property. Swim at your own risk. CCSPOA is NOT responsible for accidents or liabilities.
- Do Not block the driveway, roadway or boat ramp or prevent or limit access to any facility or fixture controlled by the CCSPOA.
- Camping is NOT allowed in the park area.
Violation of park rules are subject to criminal prosecution under the Te xas penal code: criminal tres passing P.C. 30.05 (1), (2 ); Obstructing highway or passageway P.C. 42.03; dog at large Section 822, Texas health and safety code; unlawful carrying of a weapon P.C. 46.02; and any other statute appl icable to the violation of these rules.
