Architectual Review & Construction
All building plans must be submitted for approval to the CCSPOA Board prior to start of any construction. The Board's Architectural Review Committee will evaluate the plans and make recommendations to the board.
“The Board will consider recommendations made by the Architectural Review Committee and ensure that the recommendations are consistent with the CCS Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&RSs) to include plat notes. All of these governing documents are filed with the Burnet County Clerk.”
In addition, individual lots in the subdivision may be subject to other restrictions, encumbrances or limitations as set forth in the chain of title for that particular lot.
